1. Overview

The Production Order List View is used to display, search, filter, and manage production orders stored in the system.

The table provides a real-time overview of:

  • Production status
  • Deadlines
  • Delays
  • Scheduling availability
  • Completion progress

The list supports:

  • Search
  • Filtering
  • Archived / closed order handling
  • Hierarchical display
  • Expandable rows
  • Quick status overview

2. Icons and Functions

Search Icon

The search field allows quick searching by:

  • Order ID
  • Denomination
  • Product
  • Status
Expand Icon

The expand icon displays:

  • Child production orders
  • Semi-finished production orders
  • Related technological operations

The system supports hierarchical production structures.

CSV Export Icon

The table can be exported into CSV format for reporting and further analysis.

The export includes:

  • Table data
  • Dates
  • Statuses
  • Production times
  • Completion information

The filter function allows filtering by:

  • Status
  • Due date
  • Product
  • Delay status
  • Schedulable status
Clear / Close Icon

Used to clear filters or close current selections.

Red Folder Icon

The red folder icon indicates archived or closed production orders.

Archived orders:

  • Cannot be modified
  • Are available in read-only mode
  • Serve as historical production records
❄️ Frozen Zone Icon

The snowflake icon indicates that the production order is inside the “Frozen Zone”.

This means:

  • Scheduling modifications may be restricted
  • The production plan may be locked
  • Automatic rescheduling may not be allowed
Schedulable Icon

The gear icon indicates that the production order is schedulable.

The icon provides:

  • Quick scheduling functions
  • Scheduling status information

3. Table Columns

ID

Unique identifier of the production order.

Denomination

Name or denomination of the production order.

Product

Name of the manufactured product.

Status

Current production order status.

Examples:

  • Scheduled
  • Completed
  • Delayed
  • At Risk
Start Date

Planned production start date.

End Date

Planned production completion date.

Expected Completion

System-calculated expected completion date.

Delay Status

Current delay status of the production order.

Possible statuses:

  • 🔴 Delayed
  • 🟡 At Risk
  • 🟢 On Time
Total Standard Time

Total standard production time required for the production order, displayed in hours.

Frozen Zone

Indicates whether the production order is located inside the Frozen Zone.

Schedulable

Indicates whether the production order can be scheduled.

Progress

Current completion level of the production order displayed as a percentage.

4. Hierarchical Display

The system supports multi-level production structures.

Expandable rows can display:

  • Semi-finished production orders
  • Related sub-orders
  • Parent-child relationships

This functionality is especially useful for:

  • Multi-level manufacturing
  • Complex product structures
  • Assembly operations

5. Colors and Status Indicators

🔴 Delayed

The production order is expected to miss the deadline.

🟡 At Risk

The production order is at risk but may still meet the deadline.

🟢 On Time

The production order is progressing according to the planned schedule. No delays or risks have been detected, and the order is expected to be completed on time.

📕 Completed

The production order has been completed and archived. The order is available in read-only mode for historical reference.

6. Notes

  • The table may refresh automatically when production data changes.
  • Search and filtering functions can be combined.
  • Archived production orders can be identified using the 🗂️ red folder icon.
  • The Frozen Zone feature protects critical production periods from automatic modifications.
  • Completion percentages are updated based on production feedback and reporting.
