1. Overview
The Production Order Entry screen allows users to create, edit, and manage production orders.
The left side of the screen contains the main production order data, while the right side is used for managing technology operations and resource assignments.
2. Action Buttons
- New – Create a new production order
- Edit – Modify the selected production order
- Copy – Duplicate an existing production order
- Save – Save data and changes
- Delete – Delete the selected production order
- Cancel – Cancel the current operation
3. Main Data (left side)
ID
Unique identifier of the production order.
Name
Name or short description of the production order.
Item
Select the item to be produced.
The filter icon can be used to quickly search available items.
Customer Due Date
Requested delivery or completion deadline defined by the customer.
Start
Planned production start date and time.
End
Planned production completion date and time.
Generate Orders for Semi-Finished Products
If enabled, the system automatically generates production orders for required semi-finished products.
Scheduling
The Scheduling button starts automatic production scheduling.
Priority
Priority level of the production order.
Higher values indicate higher priority.
Quantity
Quantity to be produced.
Scrap %
Expected scrap percentage.
Completion
Reported as Finished
Current completion level of the production order displayed as a percentage. Checkbox indicating whether the production order has been completed and closed.
4. Add Technology (top right section)
This section is used to manage technological operations assigned to the production order.
Technology
Select or add a technological operation.
Setup Time
Preparation/setup time required for the operation.
Standard Time
Standard execution time of the operation.
Technology List
The list displays all assigned technological operations with the following information:
- Sequence
- ID
- Name
- Standard Time
- Setup Time
- Completed
The order of technological operations can be modified, allowing operations to be rearranged into the desired production sequence.
The following functions are available for technology rows:
- Filter
- Add
- Delete
5. Assign Resources (bottom right section)
Resources required for technological operations can be assigned here.
Machine
Assign required machines.
Person
Assign required employees or personnel.
Tool
Assign required tools.
The following functions are available for resource rows:
- Filter
- Add
- Delete
6. Notes
- The filter icon allows quick searching and filtering.
- Use the Save button to finalize changes.
- Marking the order as “Reported as Finished” closes the production order in the system.
- The scheduling function creates a production plan based on the defined technology and resource data.
