1. Overview
The Work Reporting screen is used by operators to view assigned production tasks, start work, stop work, and report completed quantities.
Operators can filter the task list by machine resource or human resource. This helps them quickly find the work that has already been assigned to them.
1.1 Login
To log in as a worker, press the Worker Login button. Enter your 5-digit password on the number pad. Then press the “E” button.

2. Filtering Assigned Work
At the top of the screen, the operator can use the following filters:
- Machine Resource – Shows work assigned to a selected machine
- Human Resource – Shows work assigned to a selected worker
If the value is set to All, the system displays all available tasks.
Important: if one production order contains multiple technology steps, the system displays them as separate work items. This allows each operation to be started, stopped, and reported independently.
3. Work List Columns
The table displays the following information:
- Production Order ID – Identifier of the production order
- Name – Name of the production order
- Article – Product or article to be produced
- Machine Resource – Assigned machine
- Human Resource – Assigned worker
- Start – Planned start date and time
- End – Planned end date and time
- Total Production Time – Planned total production duration
The clock icon indicates that work has already been started and is currently in progress.
4. Opening the Work Sheet
The operator can open the work sheet by double-clicking the selected task in the list.
