This guide assists users in performing all necessary steps from initial product creation to uploading technical documentation.
1. Recording Master Data (Item Master)
The first step is to identify the product and define its basic parameters.
- Click the “New” (Új) button on the Item Master (Cikk törzs) tab.
- Enter the Name (Megnevezés) of the product.
- Select the Item Type (Cikk típus) (for manufactured goods: Finished Product or Semi-finished Product).
- The ID number is automatically generated by the system upon saving.
- Click “Save” (Mentés) to create the entry.
2. Sequencing the Manufacturing Technology
Define the production operations and their time requirements.
- Ensure the item is in Edit (Szerkesztés) mode.
- In the right-hand panel, select the appropriate Technology (Technológia) (operation).
- Enter the Standard Time (Norma idő) and the Setup Time (Előkészületi idő).
- Click the “+” button to add the operation to the list. Repeat this for every manufacturing step.
3. Defining Material Standards and Components (BOM)
Specify what the product is made of.
- Switch to the Components tab.
- Important: A component can only be recorded if the item is currently in Edit (Szerkesztés) mode.
- Click the “+” button to select raw materials or parts from the master database.
- Enter the exact Component Quantity (Beépülő mennyiség) and the unit of measure (e.g., kg, pc).
4. Uploading Technical Documentation
Attach the drawings required for production.
- Click the Drawing Upload tab.
- Upload the technical drawing associated with the product. Only PDF files are permitted.
5. Verification and Finalization
Perform a final check using the visual aids.
- Review the Graphical Bill of Materials at the bottom of the interface.
- Check the Green row for the total production time.
- Verify in the Blue rows that all raw materials and their quantities are correct.
- Finalize the process by clicking the “Save” (Mentés) button.
