This module is the cornerstone of the manufacturing process: it is used for managing the master data of products (items), sequencing the technological steps required for production, and determining material requirements. The interface provides a clear view of the complete product hierarchy, allows for the calculation of production lead times, and ensures that all components are available in the correct quantities when work orders are issued.

2. Item Master Data and Navigation

The interface allows for the precise definition of products through the following functions and fields:

Function Buttons:

• New: Start recording a new product.
• Edit: Modify the data of an existing item.
• Copy: Duplicate an existing item and its associated structure (useful for similar products).
• Save / Cancel: Finalize or discard the current operations.

Required Fields:

• Name (Megnevezés): The common name of the product (e.g., Slippers).
• Item Type (Cikk típus): Defines the role of the item (Finished Product, Semi-finished Product, or Other Component).
• ID: Automatically assigned by the system.

2. Graphical Bill of Materials (BOM) Interpretation

The tree structure at the bottom of the interface visually illustrates the product buildup and time requirements.

Level	Description	Meaning
Green row	Main Product	The complete product (e.g., ID: 48). It displays the total Production Time (e.g., 3.50 h).
Pink row	Operation	The assigned manufacturing technology (e.g., 3D Printing). It shows the standard (norm) and setup times.
Blue rows	Components	Parts or raw materials (e.g., Quantity: 1 pc). The specific production time for each sub-component is also visible here.

3. Item List Table Section

This section is one of the system’s central and most important search and selection interfaces, enabling rapid overview and selection of recorded items.

Summary

The purpose of the item list table is to display all recorded products, semi-finished products, and raw materials in a structured format. This interface serves as the primary navigation tool: the data of the row selected in the list is displayed on the detailed editing interface.

Table Structure and Functions:

• Columns:
  • ID: A unique identification number generated by the system.
  • Name (Megnevezés): The specified name of the item.
  • Item Type (Cikk típus): The classification of the item (e.g., Finished Product, Semi-finished Product, Other Component).
• Interface Elements:
  • Search Field: Enables quick filtering based on name or ID.
  • CSV Export Icon: Saves the entire content of the table into a file format compatible with Excel.
  • Filter and Clear Filter Icons: Allow for setting complex search criteria or resetting search filters to default.
• Selection:
  • The blue highlighting indicates the currently active record selected for viewing or editing.
