Introduction
This section is used to compile the material standards and Bill of Materials (BOM) directly associated with the product.
Recording Components (Parts and Raw Materials)
Under the Components (Beépülő) tab, you can define which other items, raw materials, or semi-finished products are required to manufacture the given product. This list forms the basis for material requirements planning (MRP) and accurate cost calculation.
Interface Management and Functions:
- Add (+): Assign a new raw material or part to the main product from the item database; please note that a component can only be recorded if the item is currently in edit mode.
- Component Quantity (Beépülő mennyiség): Specify the exact quantity and the corresponding unit of measure (e.g., 1 pc, 0.5 kg) required for production.
- Removal: The selected item can be removed from the bill of materials using the delete (trash can) icon.
- Modify Data: The “x” button can be used to cancel a started input operation.
The recorded items automatically appear in the blue rows of the Graphical Bill of Materials on the main page, ensuring full transparency of the product structure.
