- Users&Employee
- Click on the File Upload field and choose a CSV file from your local storage.
- Ensure that the CSV file follows the correct formatting:
- Delimiter: Semicolon (
;) - Encoding: UTF-8 (recommended for special characters)
- Headers: The first row should contain column names
- Delimiter: Semicolon (
- Click the Load button to begin the import process.
4. Important Considerations
- Only CSV files are supported for import.
- The system expects semicolon (
;) separated values; incorrect delimiters may cause errors. - If the imported data does not appear correctly, ensure that the file uses UTF-8 encoding and follows the correct structure.
- If an error occurs during the import process, check the file format and retry.
5. Troubleshooting
- File Not Uploading? Ensure that the file is in CSV format and does not exceed the system’s size limit.
- Data Appears Incorrectly? Verify that the file uses semicolon (
;) as a delimiter and that all required fields are filled. - Error Messages? Read the error description and adjust the file accordingly before retrying.
6. Summary
The Data Import feature provides a convenient way to integrate structured data into the system. By following the required CSV format, users can efficiently manage large datasets while maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
