How can I subscribe to Omega MES?
To subscribe, simply choose the plan that best suits your needs from our pricing options and click the “Subscribe” button. You will be redirected to our secure payment page where you can complete the purchase using your preferred payment method.
Can I start using the system right after payment?
Yes! Your account will be activated immediately after a successful payment, and you’ll have full access to the features included in your chosen plan.
How does the subscription renewal work?
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) to ensure uninterrupted service. You’ll receive an email notification before the renewal.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes! We offer a 30-day free trial.
The free trial is available exclusively for the Starter plan.
To activate your trial, you’ll need to enter your payment card details. Don’t worry—your card will not be charged during the 30-day trial period.
If you decide not to continue, simply cancel your subscription via the My Account page before the trial ends. Otherwise, your monthly subscription will automatically renew, and the applicable monthly fee will be charged after the 30-day trial.
How to Purchase (Step by step)
1. Choose a Plan
Go to the Pricing page and select the plan that best fits your needs (e.g., Basic, Advanced, or Pro).
Click the “Get Started” button.
2. Enter Billing Information
Fill in your billing details (company name, tax number, address, etc.) required for invoicing.
4. Select Payment Method
Choose your preferred payment method:
Credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro)
5. Complete Payment
After reviewing your details, finalize your order. Payment is processed securely via Stripe, a globally trusted payment platform that complies with international standards.
6. Instant Access
Once payment is successful, your subscription is activated immediately. You can log into OmegaMES and start using all features included in your plan.
7. Invoice Download
An invoice is automatically generated and sent to your email. You can also download it anytime from your account dashboard.

Absolutely. An invoice will be automatically sent to the email address you provided during registration, and you can also download it anytime from your account dashboard.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. After cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the paid period, and no further charges will be made.
Is the payment process secure?
